Announcements:

National Smile Month: As part of National Smile Month running from 20th May to 20th June, 2 Green Dental held a charity raffle. We raised £170 and all proceeds have been donated to Bexley Hospice.
 
BDA Good Practice: 2 Green Dental is extremely proud to have been awarded Good Practice status. This means that our practice is committed to keeping up to date and providing quality dental care to nationally agreed standards of good practice in order to provide the best care for you – our patients.
 
Best Young Dentist in the South East: We are proud to announce that Rajiv Ruwala won the title of Best Young Dentist in the South East at the Dentistry Awards.

Christmas: we have decided to put up a x-mas tree, which we would like patients to add too with decorations, we have provided shapes and colour pens and would like children to decorate the snowman and hang it on the tree or adults to write message. Come along to the practince to take part!

Awards: We are very happy to announce that Rajiv Ruwala has been shortlisted for young dentist of the year – the awards will be on Friday 14th December 2012

2 Green Dental was taken over in March 2008 by Ameeka Ruwala and Rajiv Ruwala and has since been transformed into a modern, state of the art dental surgery.

2 Green Dental has always tried to maintain the best patient experience possible. In the past year £250k has been invested in the renovation of the surgery. The renovation includes:

  • Two brand new state of the art dental chairs - one designed specifically for easy access and disabled access
  • A high-tech 'Cone Beam Computerised Tomography' machine that produces 3D X-rays
  • A fully functional sterilisation room, complete with two autoclaves, zonal disinfection and instrument transportation system
  • Fully air conditioned surgeries and reception with natural daylight lighting
  • A new, relaxing, clean and child-friendly waiting room with comfortable seating
  • A new disabled toilet (conforming to all DDA regulations)
  • Fully digitalised computer booking system, complete with SMS (text) and email reminders
  • Step free access
  • Parking facilities
  • Regular patient questionnaires and audits, including patient reviews on the practice website (currently a 98% satisfaction rate)
  • Patient information and leaflets readily available and visible
  • Friendly clinical and non clinical staff
